On June 2, 2022, a Panel of the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee determined that the Registrant shall complete a thorough review of resources pertaining to Advertising, Scope of Practice, Conflict of Interest, Consent, and Therapeutic Relationships and Professional Boundaries, as well as, complete a fulsome review of their advertising/online presence, in all advertising media, to ensure its accuracy, transparency and compliance. The Registrant shall then submit to the CEO for acceptance, an essay that identifies components of their advertising that may not have been in compliance with the standards, legislation and regulations pertaining to their naturopathic practice, and summarize the amendments they have made to their advertising and what they have learned in the process of undertaking the SCERP.
